Lettings Negotiator

Enfields is an established forward-thinking independent Estate and Letting Agency with six branches operating in and around Southampton. We are constantly looking to increase our share of the market and actively grow the business, and we are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to help move the business forward.

‍Job Description

We are looking for a Negotiator to join our busy offices in Southampton.

The Role

·        Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone

·        Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming forhigh conversion rates

·        Matching customer needs for letting of properties

·        Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service

·        Promoting other Enfields products & services where appropriate

·        Complying with all relevant legislation

·        Consistently demonstrating the ability to pre-empt whilst fullyunderstanding the requirements of the customer

·        Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities andgenerating new ideas

The Individual

·        Experience in sales or lettings preferred but not essential – Full training provided

·        Ability to meet and exceed targets

·        Excellent team player skills

·        Excellent oral and written communication skills

·        Computer literate - specifically with the ability to use MS Word, Exceland Outlook

·        A full UK driving license with own vehicle is essential

·        Excellent customer service skills
