Enfields is an established forward-thinking independent Estate and Letting Agency with six branches operating in and around Southampton. We are constantly looking to increase our share of the market and actively grow the business, and we are currently seeking an experienced sales professional to help move the business forward.

We envisage the ideal candidate to have an in-depth knowledge of property sales who can assist with leading the team where necessary whilst also personally performing to a high level.

You will be focused on winning new business and be responsible for generating listings and servicing existing sellers.

You must enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role involves meeting new clients and assessing their property needs.

The atmosphere in the office is vibrant, with people visiting the branches and the phones ringing with more enquiries. The pace is fast, yet every client enquiry needs to be dealt with professionally.

You will be the face of the company and the quality of service given by our staff is of paramount importance.

2 years + previous sales experience is desired, however applications are invited from Estate Agents with Residential Property Lettings or Sales industry experience. Driving Licence required.

Competitive basic salary with car allowance + commission. Salary uncapped with high potential earnings for the right candidate.
