Experienced Property Manager Required

We are looking for a self-motivated and diligent person to join our busy Property Management department in Ocean Village, Southampton.

The successful candidate will have a minimum 2 years experience working in residential property management and will be expected to take responsibility for duties including liaising with contractors, dealing with tenancy renewals, and ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations at our residential properties.

This position would suit an individual who enjoys problem-solving, negotiating, and dealing with relevant parties on maintenance issues.

To be considered for this position, the following requirements are necessary:

• 2 Years minimum Experience of Residential Property Management or a Lettings background
• Good negotiation skills
• Good administration skills
• Excellent interpersonal & organisational skills
• A genuine interest in property as well as the ability to demonstrate a proactive attitude is necessary for success in this position.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
